Applications are invited for the following position:
Part-time Vetting Assistant (PMC Licensing) (Temporary)

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Manager (Licensing), the appointee will be required to:
- Assist to conduct vetting on licence applications;
- liaise and follow up with respective applicants on licence applications;
- conduct research on property management issue;
- maintain licence application filing system;
- undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Tertiary education or above in any disciplines;
- Experience in handling licensing application / conduct research on property management issue is preferable;
- Proficient in various MS applications and Chinese Word Processing;
- Good command of written Chinese and English, and be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English;
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility;
- Independent and able to work under pressure and tight time schedule; and
- Immediately available is preferable
Terms of Appointment
