Applications are invited for the following position:
Part-time Vetting Officer (PMC Licensing) (Temporary)

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Manager (Licensing) / Legal Counsel, the appointee will be required to:
- conduct vetting on licence applications;
- liaise and follow up with respective applicants on licence applications;
- maintain licence application filing system; and
- undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Degree holder in LLB or other related discipline is preferable;
- A minimum of 3 years post-qualification relevant working experience in conveyancing and/or licence application, preferably with regulatory experience in governmental departments/ statutory bodies/ authorities;
- Good commend in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility;
- Independent and able to work under pressure and tight time schedule; and
- Immediately available is preferable.
Terms of Appointment
